Unfortunately a trip to the Freewwweb.com website today will bring up a "This Domain is for Sale" sign.

When Freewwweb closed its doors in 2000, it's existing customers were referred to Juno.

Freewwweb also known as, FreeWeb, initially provided a free Internet dialup connection for life after a $90 setup fee. Eventually, Freewwweb did away with the fee and offered totally free unlimited, banner-less Internet access.

Freewwweb.com was a fast, reliable, highly rated Nationwide Free ISP that didn't have an advertising banner. With most free Internet access providers, you have an advertising banner on your screen while you are online. Some of them make you click on an advertisement periodically or they disconnect you. Freewwweb didn't show ads and was noticeably faster when compared to other free ISPs.

I used Freewwweb myself for several months and was very satisfied with it's performance and reliability.

Your Freewwweb service is no longer available.

with Juno to continue providing you with completely free Internet access
and free e-mail-you can even continue using your Freewwweb e-mail
address!  All you have to do is download a copy of Juno's free software
and use it to create a free Juno account.  Any e-mail sent to your
Freewwweb address will automatically be forwarded to your Juno
account-just follow the instructions you see the first time you use the
Web through Juno.

If you're currently forwarding your Freewwweb e-mail to an address other
than Juno, that forwarding will no longer work once this change takes
effect.  We will only be able to forward your e-mail to Juno addresses.

We're confident you'll enjoy Juno's service-Juno has been in business
for more than 5 years, and millions of people use their service every
month.  Just download the software now, create your Juno user name, and
you'll be using the Internet for free again in no time.
